Instructions

Prepare two pans:  

  • Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the sides.
  • Line a second pan, either a 9x5 or 8x4 loaf pan, with parchment paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl or over the stove.
